Join Daniel’s and Jodi’s new wellness class at Orcas Athletics!
The new classes include exercises that combine stretching, whole body strengthening, stress relief techniques, deep breathing and meditation in a simple and easy to learn format. Inspiring and carefully chosen music complements the practice. Classes are focused on the development of the body’s core strength as the basis of physical, mental and spiritual health.
